Giannino Cafè is a true gem. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with Gelato that was to die for. What made the experience exceptional was the service. Fatima was outstanding, attentive, professional, and incredibly warm. She made thoughtful recommendations and ensured everything was perfect throughout the visit. Thanks to her, the experience felt not only enjoyable but memorable. I highly recommend Giannino Cafè and will certainly be returning next time I’m in Switzerland!!

Delicious ice cream, the pistachio one was awesome, exquisite desserts and chocolate full of flavor – especially the pralines! Thanks to the owner, she was super kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!

This is our second time trying Giannino Cafe during our trip and we absolutely adore it!! Both times we had Fatima helping us, suggesting us the best gelato flavors and providing us with excellent customer service! She was so lovely to talk to and made our sweets experience even better!!! The gelato quality of each flavor is absolute to it's name, making it rich and unbelievably tasty! Highly recommend this place to anyone stopping by in Interlaken and suggest the hazelnut flavor!! Thank you again Fatima for making our experience here so so lovely!

Top notch cafe , top notch location and amazing customer service make it a perfect recipe for amazing times!! We ordered a few cubes of chocolates and a cup of half pistachio and half cherry ice cream. Amazing, awesome, wonderful et al were some of the words that we kept uttering for a while. Post the ice-cream hangover, we ordered an Americano to enjoy the chocolates with it and it was enjoyed with every sip. Definitely stop by and let them earn your business!!

5 stars for Giannino Café—because when you find ice cream this good, you go back three days in a row like it’s your full-time job. The gelato was creamy, flavorful, and basically whispered “treat yourself” with every bite. They were also amazing with my son’s nut allergies—double-checked everything and made us feel totally safe. Huge relief for any parent, and even bigger win when your kid gets to enjoy dessert without anxiety (just brain freeze). The staff was super friendly and didn’t judge us for showing up daily like overly enthusiastic regulars. If loving Giannino is wrong, I don’t wanna be right.

My son is allergic to nuts and soy. Normally in these crowded ice-cream shops we get always nervous. Salesperson tend to be impatient or careless. This was a totally opposite experience. They were as sweet as a salesperson could be. They never made us feel anxious. In the opposite they calmed us down and made us feel welcome. And the ice-cream… I ate ice-cream in many countries, in best places in almost every city in Italy. This ice-cream is top class!! Definitely 5* for both their hospitality and the taste of the ice-cream.
